All e-mail is scanned using
special software which checks proper characters, IP
addresses, validates E-mail, Zip and Country, and
where possible mailing address. FAILURE TO
FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES AND SUPPLY ALL, AND VALID,
INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN OUR SYSTEM REJECTING
YOUR E-MAIL. YOUR E-MAIL WILL NOT BE RECEIVED BY
US, BUT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DELETED BY OUR SYSTEM
UPON DETECTING THE IMPROPER
INFORMATION.
We have attempted to set our
systems to insure all valid e-mail reaches us, but
are aware that some valid communications from
countries known to spam, are rejected occasionally.
The reason for such stringent measures is to
prohibit spamming, and other junk e-mail.
We apologize for any inconvenience
our measures may cause valid users, but we have had
issues with spammers and time wasters. The above
measures, coupled with our scanning and
verification software that guard against those who
wish to spam and waste time, assures that the time
now wasted is theirs as their attempts are deleted
without ever reaching us.
