16 December, 2010

We are honored that members of the U.S. Navy and other agencies have recently taken an interest in our site. We trust they find it interesting and would appreciate feedback from them. If we can be of any assistance to you, please do not hesitate to ask.

Our new site has FINALLY arrived!

Despite chronic delays and technical glitches, we finally made it back online. What a year it has been! Never have we been so busy, and never has the need to help others been greater. A point made more evident this year with the seemingly never ending disasters throughout Europe. While the global economies continue to make it difficult for many to give, we have seen little change in the desire of people to help others, even though many of them are seeing difficult times themselves.

Please, if you do not have an opportunity to see our exhibits, simply find a worthy charity and GIVE. We are simply the middleman in a great many donations.

As for the foundation, we are going strong and have expanded in many areas. We anticipate major announcements next year.

We are currently on winter break with our exhibits and will once again make the collection available to others, and provide for-profit displays to fund our endeavors, next spring.

EXHIBITION, BLACK SEA and MEDITERRANEAN CRUISE!

Update: The WSLMF Exhibition in Constanta, Romania was cut short due to excessive rains and flooding. Many homes throughout Romania and other Eastern European countries were damaged or destroyed. The Black Sea/ Mediterranean Cruise and the trip aboard the Venice Simplon - Orient Express were also canceled as such extravagance would have been in improper in light of the suffering of others. Many who had planned the trip with us donated their refunds to help those effected by the floods.

A few spots remain for the Black Sea and Mediterranean Cruise at the close of the WSLMF Exhibition in Constanta, Romania.

The trip will depart Constanta aboard the MV Arielle for a 10 hour cruise to Istanbul. We will travel Turkey for 4 days before returning to Istanbul where we will board the Venice Simplon - Orient Express bound for Venice, Italy. After 2 days in Venice, we will depart on a cruise back to Constanta with ports of call including Piraeus, Santorini, and Athens.

HARRY HOMER BOOK PREVIEW.

Charlie (Sachs) and Paul (Louden-Brown) have been an inspiration in pushing me to complete this book. While more work is needed, and I need to decide on a title, it is to a point I will soon be able to provide a preview. I am certain it will be of great interest as it contains many original family photographs and documents that belonged to Harry and his family, and unveils many things previously untold.
